TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The tenure of the cover is 6 or 12 months only (from issue date).
• Urban prime membership is designed & priced for individual usage.
• All the terms and conditions mentioned on the website are applicable as per services area covered.
• For Residential customer minimum notice of 48 hours & for Commercial/Office minimum notice of 72 hours is required to avail services, online booking mandatory.
• On cancellation of membership agreement all the services rendered till date will be charged as price list mentioned on the website.
• The remaining amount if any will be credited to the customer within next 15 working days.
