Agreement between User and Urban Prime Group

The Website/App is an online platform which enables Users to book the services of persons providing household help including cleaning, pest control services, appliances repair (“Providers”). Your use of www.urbanprimegroup.in constitutes your agreement to all such Terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

Urban Prime Group is e-commerce website & urban prime group is a digital & consumer reliable home services platform. We provide high quality Services-Housekeeping services, Disinfection services Pest control services, Appliances repair services.

Electronic Communications

Visiting at www.urbanprimegroup.in or sending emails to urban prime group constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

Cancellation, Refund Policy & Payment

Payments are always due upon completion of service, full payments to be made after service completion. Any payments made thereafter are subject to an interest rate of 20% of the highest lawful interest rate until paid. For AMC or Contract services payments to be made within 7 days after service completion

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect services immediately upon completion and notify employees and technicians of any complaints prior to their departure. The Customer agrees that the services are deemed to be successful and acceptable if no notice is received by the company in writing within 7 days of completion of services.

Orders are fully refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to appointment time. Appointments cancelled without prior warning are subject to cancellation fee 50% of service amount.

Company and Consumer agree that all formal legal disputes or claims relating to services or related to this agreement to be elevated legally.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the Website/App, and in the material, content and information made available on the Website/App including graphics, content, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, the appearance, organization and layout of the Website/App and the underlying software code belong to Us or Our licensors. You must not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer (whether in whole or in part) any such material. The information provided on the Website/App and through the Services is for Your personal use only. All rights are protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
